Custom Sweater
At Custom Department your experience is important us! If work has not been started on your order, your full booking cost will be returned. However, if work has already started on your order, then the order does not qualify for a full refund. You will receive an email or text communication regarding the status of your portrait or customized product to track the status of your order. Partial refunds may be available upon cancellation after booking and after work has started on your portrait but a 50% cancellation fee would be applicable only for items paid in full.
